DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

STRUCTURAL CONFIGURATION

The tank provides a 20% headspace and is engineered to withstand a design pressure of 30–45 psi (2–3 bar). Its interior shell is made from 3 mm-thick SUS304 stainless steel, while the exterior shell uses 2 mm-thick SUS304. Both surfaces are bright-polished to a hygienic 2B finish, ensuring optimal cleanliness and corrosion resistance.

Featuring a horizontal, stackable layout, the tank maximizes storage efficiency and simplifies handling. Dual ports—fitted with butterfly valves and necessary fittings—facilitate racking, discharge, and CIP operations, streamlining process flow and maintenance.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN

PROCESS AND SAFETY FEATURES

The tank features a side manway door and dimple-style glycol cooling jackets with dedicated inlets and outlets. Polyurethane foam insulation of 80 mm (>3″) on the sides and bottom, a fully welded exterior shell, and four legs with levelling foot pads ensure structural integrity and thermal efficiency.

Equipped with a CIP arm and spray ball for clean-in-place operations, the tank includes a 2″ vacuum relief valve set at 2 bar and a standard pressure relief valve rated 30–45 psi. Additional sanitary components such as a pressure gauge, sample valve, and 1.5″ carbonation stone, along with a quick-connect gas valve, lifting lugs, thermowell, and liquid level tube, support safe, efficient process control.
