Taking the production of blended beverages as an example, the usual working steps are as follows:
1. Beverage additives such as pectin, concentrated juice, puree, etc, should be added to the shear mixing tank in proportion and thoroughly sheared and mixed. The mixing time can be set on the touch screen.
2. After shearing and mixing, it is pumped into the batching tank by a rotor pump. Syrup is pumped from the syrup tank into the batching tank. Syrup can be volumetrically added and the flow rate is controlled by a high-precision syrup flow meter. Volumable add water to the mixing tank and control the flow rate with a flow meter. The batching tank is equipped with a mixer, and the mixing time can be set according to the needs, automatically completing the mixing process. All operating parameters can be set through the touch screen according to beverage production needs.
3. After the batching is completed, the quality of the beverage can be manually sampled and tested. After testing, the beverage enters the filter machine to make the beverages clear. Then it will go into fully automatic flash sterilizer from the filter for sterilization(some beverages will go into the flash sterilizer directly). The sterilization time and temperature are set according to the need of the beverage. The entire sterilization process is fully automated, with automatic detection throughout to ensure that sterilization meets the predetermined requirements.
4. After sterilization is completed, if carbonated beverages are produced, they will go through an automatic CO2 mixer to get carbonization, and then go into finished storage tanks. If producing non carbonated beverages, the beverages will directly go into the finished storage tanks from sterilizer. Finished storage tanks are connected to the filling equipment to complete the packaging of beverages.
The CIP cleaning system is a very important part of the whole batching system. It is used to clean all mixing equipment, pipelines, valves, and filling machines that come into touching with beverages, ensuring the cleanliness of the system. The CIP system has the model of fully automatic and semi-automatic systems, which can be customized according to the customer's budget and requirements.
