FERMENTERS

NFE professional stainless steel fermentation and maturation tank with cone for under pressure fermentation and maturation. The double jacket allows to connect a cold water source for a controlled fermentation process.

The yeast concentrates at the bottom of the cone. Drained before the maturation process, it can be reused for future brews. Fermentation and maturation can thus take place in one tank.

Made from 304 or 316L stainless steel coming with either dual or multi-zoned glycol jackets. NFE stainless steel conical fermentation tanks are the ultimate choice in fermenting wort into beer.

Constructed with food-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel. Critical welds use automated tig (GTAW). Features mirror-finished internal surfaces (Ra ≤0.4μM) and external brushed/satin or sandblasted finish. Complies with ASME, CE/PED, or equivalent pressure vessel standards.

Full-coverage cooling jackets (cylindrical body + cone). Jackets incorporate optimized baffle plates for uniform, high-velocity coolant flow (glycol). Integrated with high-precision PT100 sensors and intelligent control systems.

Designed for working pressures ≥ 1.5 Bar (typically 2-3 Bar). Includes precision pressure gauges, adjustable sanitary diaphragm safety valves, and pressure sensor ports. Hydrodynamically optimized 60-70° cone angle.
